  • Are you using a supported browser?  We only support these major browsers:  Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge.  If you are using a non-supported browser, please try installing one of the supported browsers and try again.
  • Is your browser up to date? If not, please update it and try again.
  • Have you changed the default settings of that browser which can cause websites to display incorrectly?  If so, please reset your settings back to default and try again.
  • Is your computer or mobile device more than 5 years old?  Older devices sometimes have trouble installing the most current browser software.
